So I went to Best Buy in Long Beach, CA this afternoon around 1pm in search of a few DVDs. Low and behold, they announced over the loudspeaker , "Attttention shoppers, we have 17 of the all new Playstation 3 IN STOCK. People were in line this morning, but you can get one RIGHT NOW"

Now this was something I had to see. There was no rush, no line, and just a huge stack of consoles there. See the picture below.

I didn't buy one (the wife bought me a Wii, so what's the point?), but it was tempting.

best buys around here are selling out of Wii's as they get them in but they got a pile of PS3's sitting in their cage
